Laura joined the Carver team in April of 2023 as a Client Concierge 1. Prior to joining Carver, she was a dedicated healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience as a Guest Experience Director in hospital systems. Throughout her career, Laura’s passion for customer service and helping others has been evident in her work.

Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Ohio University, where she honed her skills in effective communication and interpersonal relationships.

In January 2023, Laura tied the knot with her husband Darryl, and is enjoying being a mother to her three stepsons. At home, Laura’s two cats Moses and Mischa are her constant companions, and she enjoys spoiling them with love and attention.

Outside of work, Laura loves to read and has hosted a monthly book and wine club at her home for the past five years. She’s also a dedicated theater-goer and a season ticket holder at Playhouse Square. When it comes to sports, Laura is a devoted fan of Cleveland teams, especially the Cavs, and can always be found cheering them on.”
